Privacy Policy
Tamara Bell Skating (“we,” “us”), a service of RTBell Holdings LLC, provides figure skating coaching and the TBS Portal for scheduling and billing. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact information — parent/guardian names, email addresses, and mobile numbers, provided at enrollment or during portal sign-up.
- Skater information — skater first name, lesson history, and skill progress, entered by the coach to run lessons and billing.
- Billing information — lesson charges, credits, invoices, and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
- Account activity — sign-ins and notification delivery status, used to operate and secure the portal.
How we use it
To schedule lessons, send the notifications described in our SMS Consent policy (scheduling, billing, and sign-in codes), maintain accurate billing records, and secure accounts. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver those messages.
Children’s privacy
Our clients are parents and guardians. Portal accounts belong to adults; notifications about skaters under 13 are addressed to their parent or guardian. We collect only the minimal skater information needed to run lessons, and only from the parent, guardian, or coach — never from the child.
Service providers
We use vetted service providers to operate the portal: cloud hosting, a payment processor, and messaging providers for email and SMS delivery. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.
Retention and your choices
We keep records as long as needed for active enrollment and legal/accounting obligations. You may opt out of texts at any time (reply STOP), update your contact details in the portal, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your family’s information.
