These terms cover use of the TBS Portal and our communications, operated by RTBell Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”).

The service

The TBS Portal lets enrolled families view and confirm lesson times, receive schedule and billing notices, and pay invoices. Lesson pricing, scheduling policies, and cancellation/fee policies are communicated at enrollment and shown in the portal before you confirm.

Accounts

Portal accounts are created by invitation to parents and guardians of enrolled skaters. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the accuracy of your contact information. Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your phone or email; don’t share codes with anyone.

Text and email messaging

By completing account sign-up you agree to receive transactional texts and emails: lesson scheduling notices, billing notices, and sign-in codes. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts may mean you miss time-sensitive schedule notices; email and the portal remain available. See our SMS Consent policy and Privacy Policy.

Billing

Invoices reflect lessons delivered and applicable fees or credits, itemized in the portal. Payment terms and late-change/cancellation fees are those communicated at enrollment. Billing questions: info@tamaraskating.com — we’ll review any disputed charge.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the portal: no unauthorized access attempts, no use of another family’s account, no scraping or interfering with the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: info@tamaraskating.com.
